How it works:
  is carried for Flash Designer Serviços de Informática e Consultoria LTDA, enrolled in the CNPJ/MF number 04.012.705/0001-80. It´s a monthly competition, in which the sites that will get greater number of votes will receive a awarding equivalent its respective rank.
  The 20 well voted sites of each category receive a stamp, specifying the category where the same he is enrolled, its respective rank and the edition of the competition received it.
  The prizes in money are supplied until the 5 sites more voted in the GENERAL category and to that to get the first rank in the too much categories. The GENERAL category encloses all the sites registered in the competition. Let´s sees the values received in each category:

Privacy:
  The present competition is subordinated to the rules of Top30 Brasil´s politics.

Prizes:
  Access the prizes area to get greaters information about how the awardings are done.
  We remember that the awarding of the winning users could only be accomplished through the information given for the proper users.
  It will lose the right to the prize those users who have given incomplete or false information.

Duration of the competitions:
  The competitions has duration of 1 month, and the results of these are refined in its last day. In the stated period of 2 working days, the relation of the winners will be published.

Disqualification:
  Any webmaster that use illicit ways to increase the number of votes of his site wil, automatically, be declassified.
  The sites categorized in incorrect category will be declassified or moved to the correct category, depending of the situation.

Payment:
  In the end of each edition, all of the winners will receive an email with the following information:
    1) the rank of the site;
    2) the value of the prize that will receive;
  All the necessary information will be annexed to the email.

Modality:
  This competition is exclusively cultural, without any modality of luck or payment for the users, in general, without acquisition or use of any good, right or service, promoted for the Top30 Brasil in accordance with the Law nº 5768/71 and Decree nº 70,951/72, article 30.

Acceptance:
  The participation in this competition implies in the total acceptance of all itens of this regulation and the politics of privacy of the Top30 Brasil.
